The noticeboard that talks back.
Organizations send important messages and requests. Members see everything that still needs an answer — in one inbox, across every board they have joined.
Other applications send iPhone and Android notifications through the Notsku app. They never need an app of their own.

How it works
01
Create a board
Subscribe, name the board, and invite people with a QR code or a short join code.
02
Send a post or request
Write once: an announcement, a yes/no, a poll, or a shift request. Send to everyone, a team, or one person.
03
See who answered
Track opened, acknowledged, and still outstanding. Remind only the people who have not replied.
Example use case
How one neighbourhood restaurant reduced food waste
Every weekday morning, a neighbourhood restaurant faced the same question: how much lunch should the kitchen prepare?
Some days, the restaurant ran out early. On quieter days, too much prepared food was left over. The team had many regular customers, but no simple way to know who was planning to come in for lunch.
They placed a Notsku QR code on tables, by the entrance, and on takeaway receipts. Customers could scan the code and join the restaurant’s board in seconds.
Each morning, the restaurant posted the day’s lunch special with one simple question:
Today’s lunch
Today’s lunch is creamy salmon pasta with a fresh side salad.
Will you be joining us for lunch today?
- Yes, likely
- Not today
This reduced guessing and the kitchen could see how many regular guests were likely to arrive, how many were unsure, and how many were not planning to visit that day.
That gave the team a clearer starting point for food preparation. They could prepare for expected demand rather than making as much food as possible “just in case.” When responses showed a quieter lunch ahead, they adjusted portions and ordering early. When interest was high, they had time to prepare more.
The result was less unnecessary food waste, better kitchen planning, and a more personal connection with regular guests.
Notsku turned a simple QR code into a daily lunch forecast.
Example use case
Dawnode Shifts notifications through Notsku
Shift notifications for workforce systems
Dawnode Shifts connects to Notsku through the API. Workers receive push notifications when shifts are added or approved, and can respond when new shifts become available. The shift planner gets a mobile notification layer without building its own native app.
A staffing company uses Ninjou and Dawnode Shifts to manage workers, shifts, approvals, and working hours.
The company wanted workers to receive timely updates on their phones, but Dawnode Shifts did not need to become another native iPhone and Android app. Instead, the company connected its Dawnode Shifts account to Notsku.
When a coordinator adds a worker to a shift, Notsku sends a notification:
New shift added
Saturday, 12:00–20:00
Retail store, Helsinki
The worker can also receive a notification when a shift has been approved:
Your shift has been approved
Saturday, 12:00–20:00
Retail store, Helsinki
Workers can connect their own Notsku account to Dawnode Shifts. When suitable unassigned shifts become available, they receive a message in the Notsku app and can answer directly:
New shift available
Friday, 16:00–22:00
Restaurant, Helsinki
Are you available?
- Yes, I am available
- No, not this time
The response returns to Dawnode Shifts, where the coordinator can see who is interested and assign the shift.
Because Notsku has a clear API, the integration was straightforward to build. Dawnode Shifts can focus on planning and managing work, while Notsku handles mobile push notifications and simple responses.
There is no need for Dawnode Shifts to build, publish, and maintain its own native mobile app.

One inbox
Members belong to many boards. Open items from every organization sit in one list.
Join with a code
QR posters and short codes work in the browser first. Install the app when they want notifications.
Questions, not chat
Yes/no, choices, ratings, and acknowledgements. No group-chat noise.
Clear results
Managers see who opened, who answered, and who still needs a reminder.
Web and mobile
Members use the phone. Managers get a full desktop workspace in the same app.
Push without your own app
Send iPhone and Android notifications through the Notsku app. Your product never needs its own. Org and personal keys also connect Cursor via MCP.
iPhone and Android push — without your own app
Call the API from your product. Members get the notification in the Notsku app on iPhone and Android. You never have to ship a native app — those messages land in the same inbox they already know how to answer.
